01

Leadership record

Historical legislative proposal: in May 2020, Onor proposed financing an advanced-healthcare fund from 1% of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and 1% of company tax, administered by independent health professionals. This was a bill proposal, not proof of passage or a 2027 presidential commitment.

02

Leadership record

Legislative record: the National Assembly reported on 12 May 2020 that Onor sponsored the Advanced Healthcare Development Fund bill and led its debate; the Senate referred it to committee. This establishes legislative activity, not enactment, spending or completed healthcare improvements.
