01

Leadership record

Institutional record: the American University of Nigeria identifies Atiku as its founder. Its history says the university was licensed in 2003 and admitted its first students in 2005–2006. This is a private education initiative, not a federal-government project.

SOURCE RECEIPTS

02

Jobs & cost of living

Historical 2023 campaign proposal: Atiku's abridged Five-Point Development Agenda proposed increasing the MSME funding window from N200 billion to N500 billion and simplifying business formalisation and tax filing. This archived 2022 document is not a verified result or a confirmed 2027 manifesto.

03

Electricity

Historical 2023 campaign proposal: Atiku's abridged agenda proposed opening electricity generation and transmission to private investment. This is a proposal in the campaign document archived in October 2022, not proof of delivery or a fresh 2027 pledge.
